| On July 10, 2024, a presumed illegal dump was discovered at the Goodin 15N 15N 16N 16N B-6HZ Facility location. However, on September 12, 2024 during excavation activities, it was determined the release was likely due to an unknown volume of fluid daylighting from the subsurface. Excavation and assessment activities are ongoing. The assessment details will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic location setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
