| KPK was performing P&A operations on 10/24/2022 for the Koch 41-6 wellhead and associated flowline when PID field screening and
analytical results indicated the presence of organics at sample location SS-6@5'. The sample location was excavated to 7' depth on
10/31/2022 and tested clean both on the PID and the laboratory analytical results. The excavation has been backfilled. This Form 19
submittal has been required by the ECMC. |
