| Spill Description: |
| On July 24, 2024, a release of an unknown volume was discovered at the Howard 10C-29HZ O SA Production Facility location, due to fluid observed daylighting from the subsurface near the separator. Cleanup and site assessment activities are currently ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. The State Notification email is provided as Attachment B. |
