| On July 16, 2024, a release was discovered at the Moser Fed 3-21HZ Production Facility location following the release of more than 1 barrel of fluid outside of secondary containment. Cleanup and site assessment activities are currently ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
