| Spill Description: |
| The suspected historical release was discovered by AG Wassenaar, consultant to a prospective buyer (West Side Investment Partners) of the property, during a Limited Subsurface Investigation. KPK was provided a copy of the report on 7/11/2024. TPH was detected in soil at 516 mg/kg in one sample near KPK’s separator at a depth of approximately 5 feet bgs. KPK is in the process of confirming the information provided.
KPK inspected the entire site with boreal laser equipment and could not identify any evidence of an active leak.
