The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal and confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. The historical release was discovered through analytical data from confirmation soil sampling on 4/29/2024. Tasman (consultant) missed the lab report due to communication issues between the lab and Tasman. In order to avoid this issue in the future, Tasman will be checking the laboratory portal daily and downloading completed lab reports into a template that identifies analytical exceedances and communicating those with Civitas EHS staff immediately. | | |
