| Due to an ECMC complaint (Doc. No. 403774445) submitted April 30, 2024, site assessment activities were conducted to investigate potential soil and groundwater impacts at the former Waterfront 11 12 13 14 33 Facility location. On May 16, 2024, historically impacted soil and groundwater were discovered following site assessment activities. Assessment activities are ongoing. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
