| Laboratory analytical data indicated a historical release occurred on the flowline at the Bernhardt J #31-33D decommissioned wellhead during flowline decommissioning activities. One soil sample (FL-SS-03) exceeded ECMC standards for naphthalene at 0.182mg/kg, acenaphthene at 1.07 mg/kg, benzo(a)anthracene at 1.73, benzo(a)pyrene at 1.22 mg/kg, benzo(b)fluoranthene at 1.22 mg/kg, dibenzo(a,h)anthracene at 0.191 mg/kg, fluorene at 1.26 mg/kg, pyrene at 4.29 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.126 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.251 mg/kg.
