if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 36714 | | | | Spill Description: | | On 5/29/24, a non-reportable release was discovered at the Gus LD pad when 0.53-bbl of produced fluids were observed on the north end of the fire tube. The firetube failed on a bulk separator. Fluid was contained on-site with-in the steel walled containment area but there was no lining within the containment. On 5/30/24 it was confirmed that over 10 cubic yards of impacted material had been removed from location. The facility has been shut-in. Excavation and remediation activities are underway with hydrovac equipment.
