The failed gauge resulted in the release of produced water onto pad surface. The water pooled and flowed a shot distance offsite. The line was shut in and the gauge was replaced. A hydro-vacuum was deployed to recover liquid and wet soil from around the POR and off location. Initial investigation soil samples were also collected. | | |
