It was discovered at 9:00 am that a tank weld had failed releasing approximately 10 bbls of liquid inside lined secondary containment. The tank was isolated and a vacuum truck was deployed to bottom out the tank and recover liquid from inside containment. Approximately 7 bbls of liquid was recovered from containment. Further assessment will be conducted to determine the integrity of the containment and liner. | | |
