| A compromised fitting on an above ground produced water tank resulted in 14 bbls of produced water to spill entirely inside secondary lined containment. There are currently no impacts to the ground surface. The pooled fluids and any impacted pea gravel will be removed and hauled for disposal. The integrity of the liner will be inspected. |
