| Laboratory analytical indicated a historical release occurred at the UPV 23-02I4 decommissioned wellhead. Five soil samples exceeded ECMC standards for naphthalene at 0.0216 mg/kg, TPH at 2,432 mg/kg, 1,2,4-triemthylbenzene at 0.0842 mg/kg, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene at 0.268 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 1.63 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 1.73 mg/kg.
