| Laboratory analytical indicated a historical release occurred along the Waste Management USX Y 03-11 decommissioned flowline. Three soil samples exceeded ECMC standards for naphthalene at 0.031 mg/kg, benzo(a)anthracene at 1.46 mg/kg, benzo(a)pyrene at 0.927 mg/kg, benzo(b)fluoranthene at 1.41 mg/kg, dibenzo(a,h)anthracene at 0.427 mg/kg, fluorene at 0.542 mg/kg, pyrene at 3.06 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.0597 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.102 mg/kg.
