| On January 12, 2024, a release of approximately 0.09 bbls was discovered and approximately 10 cubic yards of potentially impacted soil was removed via hydrovac at the Vollmar 3N 4N 28N-11HZ facility. Site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic location setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
