Spill Description:
This filing of form 19 was in direct response from a 24 hour verbal notice given by an inspector, Chris Sanchez. The north and west corner of the birmed and lined drill cuttings pile was identified as compromised (not torn) lo potentially allow the fresh water used to mitigate dust and the rain water accumulated to seep into the ground. These cuttings are from an air drilled well that has no produced water, hydrocarbons, or oil. When the location is accessible the water will be vacuumed and properly disposed. The berm and liner will be modified to prevent any further potential accumulated water to potentially seep into the ground.
