The spill was contained entirely on pad and a vac truck was dispatched to clean up surficial fluid. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal. Confirmation soil samples will be collected in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. Additionally, a waste characterization sample will be collected and submitted for analysis of Table 915 constituents. Analytical results will be provided on a supplemental Form 19. The location is within the Bald Eagle Roost Site HPH buffer zone. | | |
