Operations were immediately halted, and a vac truck was dispatched to remove the standing surficial fluids, which were limited to the pad surface. The line is scheduled to be exposed and repaired and will be pressure tested prior to returning to service. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal. Confirmation soil samples will be collected in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. Due to the release being strictly crude oil, Crestone requests to amend the sampling and analysis plan to only include TPH (C6-C36) and Organics. | | |
