| Spill Description: |
| During routine testing activities at the Turkey Springs 1N-14HZ well, five (5) shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the wellhead. On June 19, 2023, samples were collected from two of the five points. Three soil vapor points had been removed by livestock in the area. The samples were submitted to Isotech Laboratories for gas composition analysis. Sample results and analysis were received on July 18, 2023 and indicated the presence of thermogenic gas. Analytical results are attached. The topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
