| Spill Description: |
| On April 16, 2023, approximately 0.02 barrels of fluid was released due to a leak from the a split ball valve on the temp lact divert line at the SBJ 22-13 HZ O SA location. During subsequent cleanup activities on May 1, 2023 the release became reportable due to the quantity of soil removed from the release area. Cleanup and site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic location setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
