| Spill Description: |
| A compromised valve resulted in fluid to be spilled to the ground surface. The spill was contained entirely on pad and a vac truck was dispatched to clean up the surficial fluid, in which 4 bbls were recovered. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled to a certified disposal facility. Confirmation soil samples will be collected in compliance with COGCC Table 915-1. Due to the release being strictly crude oil, Crestone Peak requests to amend the sampling and analysis plan to only include TPH C6-C36 and Organics Compounds in Soils. |
