Upon discovery the well was shut in and the water leg was isolated and LOTO. The spill was contained entirely on the pad surface and a vac truck was dispatched to clean up surficial fluids. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled to an approved COGCC disposal facility. Confirmation soil samples will be collected in compliance with COGCC Table 915-1. Due to depth to groundwater, Extraction requests to use Residential Soil Screening Level Concentrations to show compliance with COGCC Table 915-1. | | |
