| On 2/22/23, a release of approximately 6 bbls was discovered at the SBJ 22-13 HZ O SA location. Back-hoes were used to begin recovery of the surface impacts and as a precaution, absorbent booms were deployed into the Little Thompson River after a slight sheen was observed. On 2/22/23, 3 surface water samples were collected upstream, adjacent, and downstream (SW-01 - SW-03) of the release location from the Little Thompson River. Lab analytical results of BTEX, naph., 1,2,4-TMB, and 1,3,5-TMB were non-detect in samples SW-01 - SW-03. On 2/23/23, hydrovacs were used to begin recovery of impacts around the facility equipment. Site assessment and remedial activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report.
