| Spill Description: |
| On February 28, 2023, approximately 0.11 barrels of fluid were released due to a leak from the hammer union on the bypass line at the Aggregate State 24 22 25-9 O SA Production Facility location. During subsequent cleanup activities on March 6, 2023 the release became State Reportable due to the quantity of impacted soil removed from the release area. Cleanup and site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
