if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 29494 | | | | Spill Description: | | On December 26, 2022, approximately 2.5 bbls of fluid were released inside secondary containment, and approximately 0.25 bbls of fluid were released outside of secondary containment, due to an out-of-service split valve on a two-phase separator at the Kerr 35N 4N 34C-25HZ Production Facility location. During subsequent cleanup activities on March 3, 2023, the release became State Reportable due to the quantity of impacted soil removed from the release area. Cleanup and site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report.
