LDAR team went to the location and investigated the reported issue. Upon arrival, it was quickly discovered there was gas seeping near the entrance of location. EH&S on-call was initiated, as well as operators to identify and isolate the release. Operators isolated line in question. The line bled to zero psi, and LDAR team could no longer see gas seeping from the ground. | | |
