| Spill Description: |
| While conducting maintenance operations on a separator approximately 1.25 bbls of crude oil were released to the ground surface outside of containment. The impacted soil will be removed following utility locates. Confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted for laboratory analysis. Due to the release being strictly crude oil in nature, HighPoint requests to amend the 915-1 sampling and analysis plan to only include Organics (TPH C6-C36) and BTEX. |
