| Spill Description: |
| On November 22, 2022, approximately 10 gallons of fluid were released from three (3) separators at the Aggregate State 24 22 25-9 O SA Production Facility location, due to failed water line gaskets. During subsequent cleanup activities on December 5, 2022, the release became State Reportable due to the quantity of impacted soil removed from the release area. Cleanup and site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
