| Spill Description: |
| Following the plugging and abandonment of the Bury Crandell 8-4-23 well and associated flowline, historical impacts were confirmed during an environmental site assessment. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled to a COGCC approved disposal facility. Confirmation soil samples will be collected in compliance with COGCC Table 915-1. The location sits within CPW High Priority Habitat - Aquatic Native Species Conservation Waters 500' buffer. Stormwater BMPs are in place and there is no risk of surface runoff. |
