He inspected the facility and noted no issues and reset the tank alarms. The alarm malfunctioned again and he returned to the location at ~10 am. While inspecting the location he found water bubbling up where the suction lines from the tanks come to surface before entering the injection pump. He reported his findings to Caerus employees and the location was shut in. | | |
