| Following the completion of P&A activities at the Koch 41-6 Wellhead, COGCC was provided with a 48 notice for confirmation sampling. MarCom personnel conducted confirmation sampling on October 17,2022. Visual and PID screening indicated no signs of a release had occurred, however, analytical results received on October 28, 2022, indicated that elevated levels of SAR and PH were present. MarCom is submitting this Form 19 in accordance with COGCC Rule 912.b.(1).G: A suspected or actual Spill or Release of any volume where the volume cannot be immediately determined, including a spill or release of any volume that daylights from the subsurface. |
