| Spill Description: |
| During routine testing activities at the Mead Place 25-22 wellhead, five shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the wellhead. Samples were collected on August 11, 2022 and submitted to Isotech Laboratories for gas composition analysis. Sample results and analysis were received on August 30, 2022 and indicated the presence of a trace concentration of thermogenic gas. Analytical results are attached. The topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
