| On August 10, 2022, a release from the water dump-line at the separator was discovered at the Summit 13C 29N 13N-32HZ O SA facility. Cleanup and site assessment activities are currently ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
