| During routine testing activities at the HSR-Faust 13-21A wellhead, five shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the wellhead. Samples were collected on April 18, 2022. Due to blockage at one of the sample points, a sixth point was installed on April 19, 2022 and sampled April 21, 2022. Three of the samples were submitted to Isotech Laboratories for gas composition analysis. Sample results and analysis were received on June 21, 2022 and indicated the presence of a trace concentration of thermogenic gas. Analytical results are attached.
