| Spill Description: |
| During tank battery removal activities at the Smolowe/Phipps 9 & 10 O SA Facility, impacted soil was discovered adjacent to the separator. The volume of the release is unknown. Assessment activities are ongoing. The assessment details will be summarized in a supplemental Form 27 report (Remediation No. 22930; Form 27 Initial Document No. 403023541).
