| During routine testing activities at the Warren Pooling Unit 1 wellhead, five shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the wellhead. On March 28, 2022, samples were collected from the five soil vapor points and submitted to IsoTech Laboratory for gas composition analysis. Sample results were received on both April 12, 2022 and April 19, 2022, and indicated the presence of a trace concentration of thermogenic gas in sample SVP03_07206. The volume of the release is unknown, and an investigation into the nature and source of the soil gas is on-going.
