| Spill Description: |
| A third party water hauler left the load line open after bottoming out the production tank. As the tank began to refill it allowed approximately 150 bbls of produced water to be released. 30 bbls were contained within the load line containment and the remaining 120 bbls were released to the ground surface. The release was contained to the well pad. The impacted soil is being removed and hauled to a COGCC approved disposal facility. |
