if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | During routine testing activities at the Johnstown Farms 23-9 wellhead, four shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the wellhead. On March 25, 2022, a trace concentration of thermogenic gas was discovered in sample SVP04_33382 (0.0035% methane). The volume of the release is unknown. Results from the gas composition analysis were reported from IsoTech on March 25, 2022 and are attached. An investigation into the nature and source of the soil gas is on-going.
