if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | A dumpline failed and released fluid that daylighted along the northwest side of the onsite tank battery near the pad entrance. The fluid conveyed offsite within a diversion ditch that flows to the north and west along the northern boundary of the original pad disturbance. Eventually the fluid exited the diversion ditch and entered the landowner's field southwest of the access road to the location. The fluid then conveyed across the field to the north and east where it re-entered the roadside ditch associated with the access road to the location. This roadside ditch outfalls into a stock pond approximately 433 feet northwest of the tank battery mentioned above. Upon discovery of this release, the location was de-energized and multiple vacuum trucks and hydrovac vehicles were dispatched to the area to begin removing water within the pond mentioned above and all obvious impacted soil.
