| Spill Description: |
| A third party water hauler transferred produced water into a compromised water tank resulting in 50 bbls of produced water to be released inside the lined production containment. The tank was LOTO and marked OOS prior to the driver transferring fluids. There are no impacts to the ground surface. The released fluid was immediately removed from the containment and the integrity of the liner was verified to be in satisfactory condition. Impacted ballast material was removed and will be replaced. |
