if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 23572 | | | | Spill Description: | | During routine inspection of the tank battery location, a fire-tube failure was discovered at the separator for the HINER #36C-20W wellhead (API: 05-123-37040 ). Approximately 7 barrels of oil and produced water was released from the separator into unlined secondary containment. Vertical and horizontal definition is being pursued with hydro-vacuum excavation, and clearance samples will be collected from the base and sidewalls of the excavation. Collected samples will be field-screened and submitted for
laboratory analysis of Table 915-1 constituents of concern. The separator has been shut-in and will be removed from service for repairs. | | |
