| Spill Description: |
| The pressure relief valve failed on the 4-foot by 10-foot free water knock out and the vessel ruptured at the edge of the manway. Approximately 25 bbls of oil and produced water was released inside and outside the containment berm. The release was discovered at 7:00 am on 2/18/22 and was stopped immediately. The vessel was isolated by 7:15 am. The pumper estimates the spill occurred at approximately 6:00 am on 2/18/22. A hydrovac truck recovered as much fluid as possible which was placed in a reclaim tank. Soil with observed impact was scraped up and stockpiled on site. A hot water truck/hydrovac truck are scheduled to complete a flush to recover additional impacts on 2/18/22.
