| Spill Description: |
| The site glass on the oil side of the Prairie LE 17-021HN separator failed resulting in a release of approximately 2 bbls of oil all within unlined secondary containment. The release was discovered on January 18, 2022, at 10:30 pm and was completely contained on-site. Surface water was not impacted, no injuries occurred as a result of the release, and cleanup is ongoing. |
