| Spill Description: |
| During routine maintenence and inspection, a broken oil site glass was discovered inside the test separator house. Approximately 3 gallons of crude oil was released inside of unlined secondary containment. Site glass valves have been shut-in, and the separator is currently not in service and will be drained. |
