| In compliance with Rule 911.b, while conducting a facility decommissioning site assessment of the Champlin 65N63W production facility (Form 27 Remediation Project # 20394) historical soil impacts were identified upon analytical receipt. The extent of the subsurface release will be vertically and laterally delineated. This is historic cumulative impact that developed over the lifetime of the facility and not from a single event. The impacted soil will be removed and confirmation soil samples will be collected/submitted for laboratory analysis in compliance with COGCC Table 915-1. |
