| Spill Description: |
| A produced water leak of 12.2 bbls occured on the pad location of the Emerald 42 well. Leak was caused by failed gasket on a Y strainer. All liquids stayed on pad, volume of liquid was calculated with puddled rain water on location. Liquids have been removed with a vac-truck and water washing with fresh water from the main water plant has started. |
