The produced water was found inside the lined secondary containment but a small amount had leaked through a hole in the liner outside the containment onto the pad surface where it absorbed into the soil. Through trending data the volume of produced water spilled is estimated to be 40 barrels. The lease operator immediately contacted transport trucks to remove all standing liquid found inside the secondary containment. | | |
