| Spill Description: |
| On September 3, 2021 produced water was observed surfacing around a produced water dump line on the backside of the production tank containment. An estimated 200 bbls of produced water were released to the ground and subsurface. The line was immediately shut-in and hydrovacs were dispatched to start removing the impacted soil. A site assessment will take place to vertically and laterally delineate the subsurface impacts. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled to a COGCC approved disposal facility. Confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted laboratory analysis in compliance with COGCC Table 915-1. Analytical results will be included in a supplemental Form 19. The release did not occur in CPW High Priority Habitat. |
