| Spill Description: |
| At approximately 16:00 on 8/30/2021 the site operator noticed fluid on the ground above the on-site flowline corridor. The site was immediately shut in and the lines were blown down. An estimated 1 bbl of fluid containing a mixture of condensate and produced water that was pooled onsite was recovered via hydro-vacuum. Upon excavation on 8/31/2021 a corrosion hole was discovered in the Waag 24 flowline. The flowline was repaired on 8/31/2021. Excavation activities are ongoing and impacted soil is being hauled to North Weld Landfill in Ault, Colorado for disposal.
