| Spill Description: |
| A sight glass on a separator broke and released approximately 1.5-2 bbls of produced water fluids into a 20'x30' area. Released fluids were removed via hydrovacuum truck along with approximately 5 cubic yards of surface soils. The separator has been shut-in and will be removed from service for repairs. |
